There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please contact us 24 hours prior to your service if you need to reschedule or cancel.
You can contact via text message, phone, email, or by going on gloss genius.
If you cancel outside of the 24-hour window, you lose your 25% deposit. It's nonrefundable or transferable to any other service.

One child is allowed if over the age of 10+ to accompany the guest during the service. If you have a child under the age of 10 and they are well behaved, I may consider their company. Please reach out before your appointment and let me know.

All services are required to submit a 25% deposit to hold your appointment. The 25% deposit goes towards your appointment fee. The remaining total due is expected after services are provided.
